Why pharmacist get less salary than I.T engineer in India?

                                               The Pharmacist job in India is still not in mainstream even though its considered as one of the respectful job and highest paying job in world. The salary of a pharmacist depends on various reasons which are mentioned below.

1. The Pharmacist job evolves under tagline of experience. Of course, the students who just completed their graduation wouldn't get a high pay at the start. for a few example, many break stereotypes and bags a high package more than engineers in India.

2. The establishment of Pharma companies require more funds than establishing an engineer firm. The maintenance cost of Pharma companies are much higher than IT sector firms. for instance, an IT firm needs one time investment and minimal charges for maintenance. Where as the Pharma company has to spend on raw material,inspection,sterilization. The Pharma companies are dedicated to healthcare, a lot of precautions has to be taken which require funds..

3. The Pharmacists working in Hospital pharmacies and medical shops get the pay for their work. and its not yet a much organized job in India.

4. The salary increases from year to year in the companies since the pharmacist, chemists working require a lot of training and experience. Once the company believes that the person has ability to run may functions, the salary gets going. 

5. Pharma companies has to invest a lot on machines millions of funds, as a result the employees cant be given a sufficient pay at the start of their carrier.

Common Technical Document is defined as a set of specifications which is used for making any application for registration of medicines. This system is used across US,EU and Japan Australia etc. CTD is maintained by  International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use.
