What are the Golden rules to stay safe and healthy during Pandemic..??

                                       The Covid-19 Pandemic has shattered the routine life of the world. All the countries are hit by this deadly pandemic.It has taken the life of millions of people across the world.Millions are falling sick. So on this worst time, its very important to maintain the health of us and our family members.I hereby list out few golden methods to stay fit and healthy.

1. Since social distancing has become new normal and mask has been made compulsory, its our utmost duty to follow these rules without fail. This will not only prevent us from getting Covid,but also saves our family and many more.( Maintain at least 1 meter distance from others).

2. Use hand sanitizers( preferably alcohol sanitizers) every 30 mins or so, before eating clean the hand and after coming from market, wash the hands atleast for 30 seconds.Dont give shake hands, instead, say namaste,bow down or just wish from distance.

3. Dont step out without urgency, try to stay home and to stay safe.

4. It has been proved by various research's that maintaining a healthy diet with more of immune boosters help us battle with Covid-19. It has become very essential to have strong immune system than ever before. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, also include grains and food from animal sources also.( Clean the vegetables and fruits properly before consuming) Include immune boosters in the diet( Have vitamin C, Vitamin D, Iron, Zinc in the diet.) Turmeric, Garlic, Ginger and honey are turned out to be best natural immune boosters.

5. Stay hydrated( Drink atleast 2 liters of water everyday)

6. Do a minimum exercise everyday ( Cardio is best suitable)

7. Performing Yoga is best practice. Also take hot water bath and exposing to sun light at the morning helps a lot.

8. Not only physical healthy is important, also maintain a good mental health. As a method practice meditation daily. Just close eyes and take deep breath..This helps to stay relaxed and also proven ways to increase lung capacity.

9. Get a good sleep everyday. Dont sit till late night. Go to bed early and get up from bed early.

10. Include herbs in diet.

11. Avoid parties and gatherings. Cut down Alcohol and smoking.

12. Maintain personal hygiene.

13. Dont fall prey to depression, Always remember to speak out to the elders and friends is important. Share your feelings with parents, siblings, friends and near and dear ones.

14. Consult experts if you dont feel comfortable, Seek expert solutions through lot of Telehealth and telemedicine providers.

15. Read lot of books and involve in various activities, often see movies and series.

16. Dont be addicted to social media.

17. Since positive mindset is important, Think this pandemic as a gift and indulge in various skill enhancement programmes, Learn a new skill and outlast others. be self confident and acquire knowledge.
